Shipping

All shipping is via Australia Post, We aim to have your parcel dispatched within 2 full business days after your order is placed.

Returns

We thank you for purchasing from us and hope you are happy with your purchase.

If there are any issues at all with your order please contact us immediately so we can assist you quickly.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however if the item has a major problem, such as the following, we will happily offer you an exchange or refund.

  • is damaged or faulty
  • is not fit for its intended purpose
  • if you had known about the problem you wouldn’t have purchased it
  • is unsafe
  • Is significantly different to the description provided
  • doesn’t do what we said it would and can’t be easily fixed.

Our Returns policy

We offer exchange, refund (via original payment method only), or store credit on full priced items when they are returned unopened and unused, when they meet the above criteria.

All returns must be notified to us and returned within 14 days of purchase.

Exceptions

Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds so please choose carefully
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Personalised or custom orders are not eligible for returns
